Amazing customer service at the hotel!

The W Montreal is a business hotel but the staff went out of their way to make my young family and I feel very welcome. The customer service at that hotel was top notch. The staff were extremely responsive to all of our inquires and requests.

great offerings for breakfast. Very tasty. The coffee in the room, very good. The help from the Concierge desk was key to the success of our visit. Thank you for the great staff. Perfect location for Metro users.

Arrival was a little challenging. There was no parking in the front of the hotel and the snow made it tough to get in with out getting luggage dirty.

Is was very clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We give this resort a 10 out of 10! The ambience and how nice the hotel was and comfortable beds.

The bathroom did not have a ventilator. Also, our room was not cleaned although we left the room for shopping at 11AM and asking the front desk to have it cleaned.

Location was great and the rooms were clean. The staff was lovely and the restaurant downstairs was excellent! I was with my family and it's a bit of a younger vibe in the lounge at night.

The toilet chamber was like an echo chamber. The open curtain design of the restroom vanities and soaking tub to the sleeping area contributed to the noise any time the toilet was utilized or flushed.

Helpful staff, good location, comfy beds. High price No hand shower attachment to use with rain shower. No grab bars in bathroom. Not enough elevators. Annoying music in elevator. Unable to get reservation at Tocks Tocks despite long wait on phone.
