Good breakfast and pool. Big nice room

We loved the location. The front door is directly across the street from the convention center and metro, and the back door opens directly into Old Town Montreal. This makes it the perfect location.

Initially, the valet service proved to be ineffective. Subsequently, one morning, an abrupt and intense odor of cannabis smoke emanated from the AC.

Good location, valet staff excellent as was front desk My first room was down 6 stairs and in a corner. The first thing you saw was that the corner of the drapes had come off the rod. I asked for a different room because I have a knee surgery coming up and because the room looked rather sad and they were very nice to accommodate me. Our new room was much better. Unfortunately the outlet in the bathroom for the blow dryer did not work so we had to use an outlet in the bedroom. There were also visible stains on the mattress cover which had an ick factor. They were very nice when I asked them to change it, but when I got back to the room at the end of the day, they had not made the bed back up so I had to prompt them to do so. There was also no bath gel in the shower which they took care of, but I feel that in the past when I’ve stayed at the Westin things were in much better shape.

They first assigned me an older room with vinyl plank floor and old worn furniture. It was like a motel 6 room!!! When I complained they switched my room to a newer carpeted floor and updated room..

Great for an airport pickup and overnight in the city

The layout was a little confusing at first but we got the hang of it.

Location- close to restaurants and metro , underground city etc. nice big room, clean and quiet , valet parking was efficient . You have to ask for a room at least on the 18th floor or above , and city view . Otherwise you are stuck looking at an abandoned building with dirty windows and roof top, and with very limited natural light .

Front staff was unwelcoming. The Valet guys were super helpful when approached and helped me find a spot to park my vehicle while handling my young kids. The pool was nice but closes at 9pm which is not ideal for families with tween/teen kids looking for something to do before bed.

Great hotel within walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect for tourists. Hotel is located in a walk distance from many of the city attractions. The comfort of the hotel met our expectations. The beds were just perfectly soft and clean. It has excellent reception and volley service. Hotel has swimming pool, sunna and a restaurant within the building.

Everything was good … requested extra pillows and received them quickly Our window faced an old apparently abandoned building and our view was of pigeons roosting and their huge pile of excrement ? Not the view we would have liked!

Great location, friendly staff and clean! The restaurant was great. Had a casual dinner when we arrived, around 8pm and also breakfast on our first morning in Montreal, both delicious! Loved the indoor valet area, must be great in the winter and inclement weather!
