Eclectic, art filled, colorful; great bed

Beautiful property and great location. The staff were fantastic .The only thing that I can fault it on was the elevator kept breaking down .We were on the 3rd floor and could easily do the steps . If you have difficulty doing steps maybe not the place for you.

Staff and location were the best, but the facilities were also great. The hotel is an art gallery full of amazing art pieces, but what we liked the most were the very kind and helpful staff. Nothing. No complaints, really.

The staff was lovely and helpful. Great location near Victoria Square metro station. Close to all old Montreal things and walkable to downtown. Spacious room, clean, very comfy bed. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago with my teen daughters and left the same feedback. Great rooms but really need a second mirror outside of the bathroom, and a spot in bathroom to put your stuff while getting showered and ready. A little shelf would do.

I love the old school luxury feel matched with the quirky decor. The staff is delightful. The location is perfect to walk to so many places. Quiet. Best bed I’ve ever slept in. Huge room. Could be a little more eco friendly with packages (tiny bottles of bath stuff and individual jellies at breakfast) but maybe that’s still a holdover from Covid times.

Wow! Excellent location, beautiful hotel! Right in the center of everything. Wonderful staff. Very cool and elegant and hip.

Many good things about L’Hotel and my stay including a wonderful staff, fantastic location and a lot of fun artwork Electrical plugs to charge phone were behind furniture or in bathroom over a small sink. About 8 steps to enter hotel. Limited breakfast. Shower head in bathtub was higher on wall than shower rod, difficult to reach. Please don’t publish this - just share with hotel. Thanks

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location in Old Montreal. Beautifully decorated with fun artwork. Parking garage could not accommodate our vehicle because it was more than 6” tall. Not the hotel’s fault. Just a heads up to those with a tall truck or even a small car with a cartop carrier.

Excellent location. Nice staff, comfy beds and sheets. Super quiet rooms(we were down the hall in the back corner). Great coffee and croissants in the morning. Wondering if they would consider switching the pastry selection every other day.

The vibe was excellent. The location was very central to most places & an easy walk to metro. Hotel covers massive amount of street. Once inside you can relax multiple places in the lobby. Our only issue was the air conditioner. We had it set at 18° and it wouldn’t get below 22°. The room was quite stale even through the air conditioner was running. On our final day we did ask maintence to look at it. When we returned it was actually 18° and comfortable. We left for the afternoon and when we returned, it was back to stuffy & 22°. It was like the vents on the ceiling weren’t all the way open or something. Anyways when we would return from our time out and about- we would cool down in the lobby vs the room due to this issue.

Beautiful artwork throughout the hotel. Excellent housekeeping service. Coffee, juice and pastries available for breakfast. No complaints. Entire stay went very smoothly.

The bedding needs upgrading. Mattress and pillows were quite worn and old. Sheets and pillow cases did not feel fresh, had a stale scent.
