There was no hot water, and only 1 elevator for 13 floors, sometimes you had to wait 15 minutes so you can go down or up

The experience was good, but at first they gave me a room that smelled very damp and had peeling paint on the walls. I complained and they gave me another one that was a little better

the location and the housekeeper’s cleaning service the room smelled damp when I first entered. the bathroom rug, which was supposed to be new and clean, was soaked. the air conditioning was weak. the receptionist didn’t speak English well. breakfast is actually served in an attached restaurant, and I didn’t find the food very good. the gym’s air conditioning was broken.

Nice room, decent bathroom in need of some work. It was quiet room. There is a problem with the elevators. One is not working, the other is overloaded with up to people waiting to use it. There is a service elevator which they allow use of, but it’s not always working and most of the time I had to walk up and down from my room on the third floor. I have knee pain so it’s not easy. The hotel has about 17 floors so I certainly would not want to be much higher up. I have been staying here for 15 years but won’t be back until they sort out the elevators!

Acceptable in general During my stay, the elevators were out of service due to renovations. Unfortunately, a large group of sports players arrived at the same time, making it nearly impossible to move between floors. I had to carry all my luggage up the stairs, which was very inconvenient. I had booked and paid extra for a deluxe room with a bathtub, but it was missing a drain plug/stopper. I requested one twice at reception, yet it was never provided, meaning I couldn’t use the bathtub I had specifically paid for. Overall, the experience fell short of the expectations set when booking. Key amenities were not delivered as promised, which was especially disappointing given the elevated price paid.

Waiting time to receive the room was too much. The elevator wasn't working properly. The building is old and the hotel doesn't have enough furniture so people can seat and wait.

Location is central yet not save for a solo traveler at night. Hotel a little updated. Just one lift working.

I liked, location only Bathroom was not clean properly, its old and dirty towels were old. Bathroom tile dirty . Breakfast buffet was not good at all.
