Nice, big, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Central location, close to Barrio Antiguo. Batteries in key sensor died on first night, had to wait for an hour at 1030pm for repair. Maintenance staff were friendly, but very inconvenient. Next day key card didn't work in elevators or for room. Issues with key two days in a row for two night stay.

Great location Poor communication between the staff. Our delayed luggage from the airport was supposed to delivered to our room but didn’t get any notification until next morning and we found the luggage had been delivered and never been notified until we inquired next morning.

Facilities, room, dining, etc. Very Difficult parking garage shared with a shopping mall. On feeder street to a freeway. Very expensive dog surcharge.
