The property wasn’t properly clean and the customer service was terrible. They advertise it like a very nice hotel when it’s actually not.

The absolute lack of interest of the receptionist in looking for any solution to my issues.

The view. However, we had to pay extra upon arrival for a window. Otherwise our room would not have a window. That would be a bit claustrophobic for me. So we paid extra. No gym or breakfast included.

If you get lucky you’ll have one of the best view of Cerro De La Silla in the city. Great if you want a central location close to good bars and coffee shops.

Good location Near by construction on building next to hotel, so there was a bit of noise in our room. However rooms on other end of hotel probably won’t get noise

Floor to ceiling windows, though we had the curtains down to keep the heat out most times. Good location. Shower facet placement was poor and was also poorly maintained such that the water would spray to all the directions instead of concentrating to the intended direction. Toilet was clogged once during our stay though maintenance fixed it right away. There was a leak in the bathroom during our stay and was addressed by maintenance immediately as well. The electricity went out for a few minutes during our stay and water pump stopped working so we could not use the bathroom for half an hour. Floor is quite dusty.

Great location at the center of Monterrey. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. You can hear the guest next door.

The A/C in the room started to drip and raddle making a horrible noise. I was able to get the front desk to move us to another room, however I felt they need to check the rooms before guest arrive. I did not have an iron board nor was there an iron.
