Rose Hotel

The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious! It had simple Mexican cuisine options, but very authentic, affordable and filling. The staff at the reception desk were also very helpful with taxi information, directions and addressing small issues with our room. Beautiful views of El Cerro de La Silla from the restaurant.

I guess it's just an older hotel and you could tell. With a good remodeling job it could be quite nice actually. There was no hot water when we went. The walls are really thin I guess because we could hear every word of the neighbors.

Location The property is outdated, dirty, the beds very small and uncomfortable. The rooms feel dirty, the carpet is filthy.

The room was grossly dirty, walls, bed, bathroom. It felt so unsanitary. The air conditioning did not work in the room, the staff were very nice to put a window A/C in though. The room had a microwave and mini fridge which was very convenient except the fridge did not work. It was cheaper than the rest of hotels around but I would not stay here again.

The rooms are bigger than expected, it has an area with a high table 2 stools, a table 2 chair, and a futon sofa. Has a fridge and microwave. No problem with the parking, enough space. Just the beds are some firm.

Location, staff, size of room! Water in shower not warm enough, restaurant had very slow service, and no Do Not Disturb sign for the door.

Well, it's okay, but the sheets were dirty (with rests of food, lit.), the mini-fridge is too old, and it even has a really bad smell.

Location. Television. Free bottled water. The restroom smelled bad which sometimes permeates the room. The restroom could be cleaner. The room is also showing its age.

No good parking, you will have to park on the dirt, the rooms were dirty, hair on the beds and restroom.

The only good thing...the Front Desk staff was amazing. That is the only plus this hotel gets. My first negative review I've ever written on any platform. Bad odor in room from bathroom drain. Toilet, bathtub, and sink didn't drain properly at all. Bugs came up from bathtub drain. Very dated room. Room wasn't very clean. Nasty trash cans and stuff over the walls. Kitchen counter was very marked and roughed up. Bathroom sink leaked under the counter. Air unit struggled to keep the room comfortable. Hot water to the room took about 5-8 minutes to warm up after turning on faucets. Bathtub/shower was fairly moldy/mildewed. Hallways were fairly dirty. Restaurant in hoyel that was supposed to be open was always locked with lights off. I actually checked out a day early because of all the problems. (even knowing that I couldn't get a refund because of prepayment)

Lication The toilet was leaking and they never fixed, the heater didn’t work, the remote control didn’t work, we didn’t have hot water in the first day, the tv cable was very blurry, I requested hair dryer and somebody was using it so they have maybe just one and I ask for the driver that they announced and it wasn’t available, they charge more money that my booking said and the girl who work in the night isn’t prepared for resolving any issues but Nancy, the cleaner lady was amazing

Excellent location with great breakfast, variety was good The key sometimes didn’t work as it is supposed to be, I have to go all the way back to reprogram the key.
