Room and balcony view was wonderful. Staff was great. Loved the authentic Jamaican food! Foreigners come for the food and spirits. 1. My bags were lost at the resort and later found. 2. Only one day there was collauh on the buffet. 3. Not enough Reggae music played. 4. Needed an activity boards! I don't want to be on a cell phone to be connected to resort activities, my vacations are to disconnect and enjoy the resort.

Horrible service,, only local local food was served,, people always expect you to see them before they even do anything for you ,,,, Very rude, would highly recommend not to go there!!!!!

The property was very beautiful and clean. I liked everything.

I like that it never felt crowded. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was the highlight with their friendly and attentive service. The food had some hot and misses but overall was okay. The highlight was the Italian and Asian for atmosphere and food quality. I was expecting a more luxurious experience, similar to what you might find at a resort in Mexico. The property felt a bit smaller than I had anticipated, and the grounds could benefit from some improvements. On a positive note, I appreciated the complimentary kayaking, though I do wish we had more freedom to explore beyond the small inlet. It’s a great place to unwind, but it may not meet your expectations if you're looking for a high-value, luxury experience given the price point.

The activities and nightly entertainment was great. The architecture was beautiful. The food was decent, I loved the variety…they even had beef patties! The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a lot to do. I also loved that my child could stay in the kids club and have a great time by himself. My family even got to play beach soccer and regular soccer on the soccer field. It was an epic match between the generations of men in my fam. Lastly, the sunset by the beach was amazing. We had unobstructed views from several spots. The property itself was pretty nice. However, The suite had a few issues (hot water stopped working in a bathroom, the fridge beeped for hrs until a tech could look at it and instruct us on how to manage that issue). A couple of my family members also had room issues. I was really surprised that the main entrance was down a service entrance hallway that was humid and very visually unappealing. It took very long for the cleaning staff to take care of my room after a service call, even though I had Butler service and there wasn’t a DND sign on my door.

The staff was excellent especially our Bulters Toby also Vernon and the lifeguards Ricardo and Nicolas ! The chief chef provided some ackee and saltfish for our group on request which was greatly appreciated because they didn’t have ackee that day ! The staff sang Jamaican happy birthday rendition for my three cousins if there is away for me to send you the video let me know ! The air conditioner seem to be off at times the washer and dryer in our room doesn’t work very well !

The only thing I would say is we stayed in the new building and some of our room lights flickered alot when you turned them on.
-
We would definitely return to this hotel.
-
Just up and down so many different stairs

I didn't like that when I had something wrong with my room for two days they gave me the run around trying to get switched to a new room

The hibachi restaurant staff were exceptional, the entertainment people were very engaging and the pools were good. The beach was well kept with plenty of chairs with or without umbrellas. Out water in our room was out for 48 hours. No water. 90% of the staff were rude. Many were very rude to our very polite children who would never even think not to say please and thank you. Housekeeping barely cleaned and always took towels hung up but we had to ask for towels every day. At a restaurant our Kidd asked for more virgin frozen drinks and were given drinks with Rum. Of which they all drank by accident and 1 was sick for rest of night. We have younger kids and the music from entertainment was blaring in our rooms into the night. No blackout curtains in room. You’re up at 545am every day unless you can sleep with full sun. We all cannot. Doors to outside balcony all stuck or would not stay shut. They did not clean off bird crap on lounge chairs until we complained 3 days in. The living room couch was broken when we got there. As in you fell to the ground if you sat on. They did not fix until we complained again on 4th day. They were told day one. One of the springs stabbed me through the hand.

The room was pretty decent. I was expecting a twin bed in the room for our 5 year old. All 3 of us ended up sleeping in one bed since he never felt safe in the living area The entertainment was limited to dancing.. not very interactive. Limited restaurants, property is smaller than I expected. I also have never had to pay for room service at any other all inclusive resort and felt that could have been included in the fee..

Everything was clean and well maintained

This was what was exquisitely amazing words can’t explain how welcoming how warm and how beautiful it was the staff there on the property was very attentive, very respectful and kind nothing but smiled the food outstanding the views for the ocean was the best if you’re staying there make sure you visit building C at night, most activities and music Camille my travel guide was so responsive. If you’re looking to book a tour or a mini tours, they have a wonderful package with transportation included so I would say Jewel every time I can’t wait to visit again. Will be back soon.

The Buffet Breakfast and lunch was exceptional - staff are excellent Buffet Evening option - not great Entertainment finishes too early and could be more during the day

Beautiful hotel, really comfortable and well ran. My only complaint is the fact the checkin is at 4 and checkin is at 11. It seems a bit unfair, especially for people booking 1 night.
