The staff was really friendly and it was clean The abundance of cats roaming

It was a nice hotel all clean and pretty romantic

The room and the property were not bad. There were too many flies at the buffet, which made it hard to eat and enjoy the food. I hope plans are in place to enclose the area to eliminate the flies.

The bathroom needs renovating. The pipe is broken and is difficult to monitor water heating

It was relaxing They did not have no on resort activities..they need to have activities like bingo, jet ski, para sailing, beach party . By the bar when they do chicken serve beans & rice with it.

Amazing Room and bathroom

The food

When I booked the site said Adults only. The room I booked showed that it was jacuzzi in the room. Not to say but they were doing renovations so the room I requested wasn’t available. I seen it had two pools a pool bar but find out once I arrived I was told that it was closed for renovations. I would’ve never booked my bday trip my first time ever going to Jamaica that only had one pool that’s just insane. But I made the best of it!!!!

It was clean and right next to the beach was everything. The bed they said it a queen size mattress but they was a full size mattress where my kids can not even sleep in, and omg the bathroom is so small that two people can not stand in it, and for the food it was ok it is not what I was expecting I feel like it the same thing, to Make it worse I got a food poisoning there I was sick the whole night after lunch.

I like the water sports I don't like there drinks they taste different from Jamaican bands orange juice, pineapple juice they take there's from Mexico.

Food could have been better

Location was great bell man was exceptional, the oxtail was delicious the only meal I actually enjoyed. Upon arrival to my room it the floor was extremely wet, from just being cleaned, my sheet on my bed had fresh blood stains seems from previous guest which would mean it wasn’t changed before checking in. I reported it to front desk asking for it to be changed, but when I returned and checked it was never changed. I reported it again and the MOD came along with someone from house keeping and changed it. The hall way was super noisy from staff calling out and chatting to each other. I was there for rest and quiet. The dining experience wasn’t so fabulous as the only hospitality I got was from the hostess. This is my second time at that property and yet again I’m extremely disappointed. The short female bartender in the lobby bar is extremely unprofessional especially how she approached me when I wanted an expression.

Staff seems like they were never in a good mood they never smile except with each other, seem as if we had to beg to get service both in the restaurant and bars.Food could be better for dinner Room were not properly clean after checked still had the dirty towel on the floor.

The guys working in the bar I don't know if it's because am not from overseas but he took for ever to serve me and me and my husband had the same experience with them it's like you will be there asking for the food and they serve everyone eles then sever you ..
