Very friendly clean it right beside the Hip strip in Mobay It was very nice

There are several things that I liked about the property. To begin, the customer service was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was great as well. This is my fourth time staying at this property. This will always be my go to in Montego Bay. I absolutely love this property. I have no complaints!

I loved my stay here. Great breakfast & views of the hip strip. It’s very central. Lots to do and right across from the beach. I enjoyed the pool & bar. Highly recommend especially if you want to be in the action. Close to Margaritaville & Lounge 2727. Short walk to Pork Pit & at night some local folks sell jerk chicken by the craft market. I highly recommend. Stay were friendly.

Excellent staff, strong location, and fair pricing. The team was proactive and reliable, assisting with our day trip to Negril and consistently ensuring we were comfortable. Nothing. The experience met expectations.

the only person that I met was friendly was the restaurant manager The TV seemingly did not work, I tried calling the front desk a few times and no one answered Additionally, the blanket in the room was filled with hair but I guess that's not something housekeeping is concerned about

Breakfast was great ? There wasn't a working remote control for the television during my stay and there wasn't a time clock in the room.

The location was good as it is walking distance to the hip strip where all the attractions are. The a/c was dirty and caused a smell when it was turned on. The sheets were smelly like they weren’t washed properly. Breakfast was a disappointment, staff was unaware of menu options and how to deliver service. Front desk were of no help.

Staff, and location Only issue we had in our room was the shower leaking into the hallway.

Nothing , they told me that my room wasn't booked even though I had a confirmation from booking.com and the fact I'm being sent this to review my stay is proof that I had booked it , receptionist very poor didn't even offer us alternative places to try , only one staff member who is from altamont originally helped by allowing us to leave our bags in the luggage room the next day for a few hours , it's a decent place .I stayed there the week before so was looking forward to staying one more night before I left to go airport, but that experience was not good at all

Was able to check in a little early, was find the breakfast hours, Check out and the wi Fi. Breakfast options were nice and the older lady wit the hairnet was the sweetest. She knew my order from the previous day smiled the whole time. Housekeeper was friendly too. The location and patio seating. The half shower door , the tv because o couldn’t understand it. Staff wasn’t that friendly leaving . Didn’t ask how my stay was.

Ice wasn't available most of the time.kitchen n bar closed at 8pm no microwaves in none of the rooms if kitchen is closed your done .
