Wonderful stay, great location and staff made this a great choice.

Loud building works next door already starting at 7am in the morning

The hotel is on a busy street but it's not something that was bothering too much.

Really comfortable, the staff where super nice and the location incredible, being near the coast of Miraflores. Nice idea the gifted pisco sours. Lastly, the installations were really good. Nothing.
-
Modern property in a good location at a decent price.

Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, however it was American breakfast. Main complaint is the shower as it was nearly impossible to regulate the water temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. Once you think you figured it out, it kept changing the water temp. So, beware! Another (not uncommon in Lima) thing is that you can't flush toilet paper. I guess these two things explain the lower price.

The restaurant area was clean and well decorated The hotel was in a great location There was no hot water at the hotel in the evening after dinner or in the morning upon waking up The air conditioning was not working and we could never get the room temperature to reach below 24C making it difficult to sleep The bed quality was sub par as I had the feeling of sliding out of bed

We liked that staff spoke English or at least tried very hard to. They were helpful with all questions and they themselves took the luggage of somebody whose room was not ready yet to the room when it was ready, and rang us to let us know, as they knew the person was waiting in our room (ours was ready). Location was quite alright and the hotel had a pick-up drop-off patch in front of it so nobody had to schlep with the suitcases (which later we got to value even more as schlepping up and down cobblestone streets to and from the bus became routine througout all other Peruvian cities and hotels). Breakfast was the best we had in Peru. Nothing to write home about, but a notch better than anything else we were served anywhere else, including fancy resorts and "boutique" hotels. The Hotel is tired and in need of deep cleaning and renovations in the rooms. There was a construction site on site - either part of the hotel or a neighboring building merely attached to it - that never stopped making noise. We even had it all the time in the background while we were enjoying a very nice restaurant across the street.

Clean, spacious enough, good amenities, Good buffet, friendly helpful staff Minor issue- toilet didn’t always refill after use. Just needed an easy repair. Can be a little noisy from the traffic outside but quiets down considerably after 8pm or so. I would imagine that would be the issue for most places in the city
