The breakfast was pretty good. The location was great. The jaccuzi worked well and was nice and hot. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. There was an OXXO convience store across the street which was a nice surprise. No basic bottled water in the room, you had to pay for it when you aren't supposed to drink tap water in Lima. The bed was insanely soft which was horrible for my back BUT obviously people like different frimness of bed.

location was perfect. rooftop pool was nice although a lot smaller than we thought. only 3 lounge chairs. our room didn’t have any windows. we got a great nights sleep but it felt very claustrophobic during the day.

I didn't like the woman who took over after the woman who checked us in had left. This woman was not friendly and I felt like she was talking about me to her male coworker. I was not close enough to hear but I saw him look over at me. Everyone else would greet us when we walked in and said hello, but not this woman, she looked surprised that we were there.

The staff were really nice and friendly with a special mention to Alonso who was the welcoming face behind reception. Breakfast and location were perfect as was the rooftop swimming pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Lima.
