Excellent location, close to metro and central train station that makes navigation around the city and outside (like Lake Como) very easy and convenient. Very neat and clean hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Good communication with guests; once we booked the room, we received a very detailed email from them how to get to the hotel, and other useful information. The front desk people are polite and helpful. They provide a map of the city, suggest what places of interest to see, and overall are ready to answer your questions and accommodate you. Good size room and bathroom; air conditioning, a safe box in the room, a mini fridge, a hair dryer, good speed wi-fi. Housekeeping is every day, everything is kept super clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast (we had it included), with good variety of food to choose, a great way to start a day. Definitely will stay there once we are in Milan again. Heartfelt thank you to everybody at the hotel - front desk, cleaning personnel and the one in the kitchen - for making our stay pleasant and memorable!

I loved this hotel, it is a bit quirky, but well featured. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, an easy 10-15 minute walk from Milan Central train station. Metro stop right outside the hotel on the most useful metro line. Wonderful cafe's around the corner and the main street it is adjacent to was filled with shops and was fun to walk down. The in-room technology was great. Wi-fi was good, and the TV was new which was the only place on my entire Italy trip that was on the newer side. You could cast from your phone to it, however if your neighbor decided they also wanted to cast to their TV but picked the wrong room, it would stop what you were streaming to show a login code (which they obviously couldn't get since they picked the wrong TV). You could override them easily enough and get back to it, not a big deal. I didn't strongly dislike anything, all of these comments are nitpicks, but may not be for you. The bed was on the firm side, if firm is a 10, this was an 8.5. It was fine for us. Elevator was very small and slow. Not an issue if you are mobile, you can walk up the stairs, there are only 2 floors.

Excellent location. Very reasonably priced coffee, water, etc. 24 hour staffed desk and bar. Pleasant reception staff. Good location. Good AC. Bed pillows could be improved. Pretty small and flat so could use 2 pp. It would be nice to have a kettle and coffee/tea in the room.

We had an amazing time! The hotel was 10 mins walk from Milan Central Station. Loretto metro station is situated next to the Hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and very comfortable beds. The staff, Ashley & Stefano were incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing stay,

- poor breakfast. - bad smell of the pillow cover only, other sheets and covers were acceptable. - the room was next to the breakfast hall, and when breakfast started the room smell changed to heavy food smell. - high cost for a 3 stars hotel. Even that, recommended.
