Waleed provided excellent service. He was incredibly helpful, allowing our group to check in separately as people arrived, offering luggage storage and arranging late check-out for us. The room is spotlessly clean and quiet. It’s conveniently located close to the metro station, and the price is great value. Highly recommended! nothing

Waleed was super sweet and accommodating

Close to train station by bus with the stop directly in front of hotel. Room small but clean. Only good for a 1 night stay. AC IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH. Had 2 rooms and both ac units were not strong enough to cool off room at night. Unacceptable given the cost. Did not apply to me but all rooms on 1st floor. You have to take stairs up so if you have mobility issues this place not for you.

Shower was a bit small

Hotel was really clean. Smell in the room was interesting. Good that we had room with balcony, so we could let in fresh air.

The location is also very convenient, close to everything and easy to reach. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Good part was TV. window to the street. and the location. I felt like the staff were a bit nosy!! The stuff in the room was not acceptably clean! there were lots of noises from the hallway.

The privacy of the room with the bathroom and location We got a unfortunate moment because I did the booking with digital card and the property needs the physical card to confirm the payment. That was the issue because I didn't have the amount for payment again at that moment. At the end we solved it but it was really bad moment during my trip. Other thing, the pillows and something's seems unfinished and no maintenance.

Excellent location, with metro stations close by. The staff was very friendly and helped with questions about the city. The room was clean and practical The shower and bed were very small. I know the room was for a single person but still, by far the smallest I've ever been in

The front desk guy was very helpful and polite. Hair dryer didn’t work more than 3 seconds. I complained about it. But there was no solution.

Location is perfect It doesn’t have elevator

The price and near metro transit. - Extremely small shower, not good for tall people. - A/C seems not to be working well. - The room lights are not bright. - There is no lift (elevator), so if you have big luggages, you have to hand carry them up the winding staircase. - We had a family of 4 and the room was small especially when you have 4 suitcases.
