A short walk from the train station, so perfect for a one night stay. I loved having a big window looking out the back alley, it was great to have fresh air. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was a bit tired and a bit small, definitely feels like a budget stay so as long as your expectations aren’t high, then it more than meets your needs. Not in the most walkable neighborhood, but you can find a few restaurants and there’s a grocery store a 15 walk away.

Staff was incredible! I had an issue during my stay, which was neither their fault nor mine, and they still did all that was possible to make my stay a great one. Breakfast had a good variety. Location is also very conveniently near the central station, ideal if you are traveling from there. Switched rooms halfway through my stay and my noise cancelling headphones went missing. Staff said they didn't find it when I moved rooms, but I also know I never took the headphones outside of the room.

The desk staff are so nice and accommodating, room super clean and AC worked well. Nice jacuzzi tub !

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and I loved the modern bathroom. Also, the breakfast was exceptional. The location wasn't ideal since I wanted to take Taxis, and that was pricey, but if you use public transportation, that isn't a problem. My rain showerhead wasn't working, but the regular shower head was great. The bed pillows should be upgraded, but otherwise comfortable enough.

It’s fresh and clean and I had nice balcony for morning coffee. Also breakfast was good. I felt for the rate the room was super small

We got upgraded and had a balcony which was so lovely to have access to. The rooms were clean spacious and really appreciated the water! The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and it was 10 mins walk from Milano centrale which was great for access to other parts of the city and tour bus. And local supermarket some restaurants I can't really complain at all. I'm not sure what our original room would have looked like so I can't really comment on that. I think it would of been handier for what we were doing to be closer to the Duomo to walk but honestly we made it work perfectly for the 2 and half days we were there we saw alot in Milan and lake como.

Biocity is close to Milano Centrale. Our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent.

What's not to like? Location is easy to access the train station. The staff is exceptional. Room clean and spacious, bathroom also large, great shower. Breakfast was great. No complaints from us. Nothing.

The property is very nice and beautiful . Cleaned and conveniented located . Excellent !!! Unique! The breakfast was more than a dream! All was organized with love and detailing to make customers happy ! The staff was also very helpful and smiling at all the time. We decided to keep this hotel as a favorite place to stay in Milan None

Everything was spotless, the staff were very helpful, and the location was perfect. Nothing
