really good for the price, breakfast was a croissant, yogurt, drink and coffee of your choosing. there was no air conditioning.

Nothing Some of the staff were quite rude and not very friendly. It was extremely hot, and the air conditioning was honestly a joke for a place like this. The room looked very different from the pictures. I booked a room with a city view, but there was actually no city view at all. The shower was broken, and the hot water pressure was terrible. There wasn’t even a small fridge in the room for drinks. The hotel’s location wasn’t bad, but the breakfast was very basic and disappointing overall.

The hotel is located very near the main railway station in Milan, and is very budget-friendly, especially for this area. The room we got was very clean and was tidied-up during our three day stay. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. I read mixed reviews about the staff, but in our case they were very helpful and kind. We were aware of the lack of air conditioning, but people who don't tolerate high temperatures shouldn't book this hotel in summer. Rooms get very hot during the day and stay warm during the night as well.

Friendly staff Room was dark and very hot, no air condition. We stayed there in August - luckily just for one night - with 30 degrees in the room and just fans provided.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable and a small breakfast was included. Reception 24/7 so you leave the key in reception every time you leave the hotel. We didn't have an elevator, we needed to ask for toilet paper as we didn't have it in the bathroom and the heat in the room was horrible, we had a fan but it wasn't enough.

Clean, ok location, nice stuff, recently renovated looks new rooms Don’t have AC was really hot and fan provided did not help at all

nothing. The room was too hot. I was told by the staff that we could not open the windows. They only provided us with 2 small standing fans and when asked for more the staff told us that it was not an option. The room was too hot. We did not have hand towels. We did not have a bath towel for the floor. The breakfast was just yogurt and croissants and no other choices. No flavors for the yogurts to choose from.

12 minutes from central station No AC in the bedroom, unbearably hot in the room more than 38 degrees inside all night, only one fan to try to move the air, but the bedroom was so hot no one could sleep in there. The receptionist was dripping sweat in the reception. The breakfast was one coffee, one small juice, one yogurt and one croissant. When we ask for some ice, there was no ice.

Nothing The rooms were south-facing and exposed to the sun all day, making them extremely hot. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. If you decide to open the window at night, the room will quickly fill with mosquitoes because there are no mosquito screens. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower cabin was extremely small. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was exactly the same every day—a croissant, a juice box, and milk. I strongly do not recommend this hotel because of the lack of air conditioning!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the person who spoke Persian. The location near Milano Centrale is very convenient. The room was very warm and the air conditioning was not strong enough.

Nothing Several things: 1. They repeatedly cancelled the reservation, and then upon requests and calls they would not answer the phone and when they answered they said they would check it out and contact us, but in no way did they do that. I had to go there physically not knowing if I had a room or not. 2. My family who came with us had their reservation cancelled without being informed. All they got was a confirmation on the reservation, but upon arrival they were told they had no reservation, but could have a room if they paid 40% more. How does this make sense?? 3. The hotel was WARM. It is fair enough that they informed they had no AC, however, each bedroom was around 27-30 degrees. 4. The breakfast was one croissant per person and a yoghurt and juice. A cup of coffee at the side. That's all. 5. We got towels with holes in them, there were no toilet paper in the bathroom, no fridge to keep drinks cold etc.

Nothing at all Staff! Pillows! Too warm inside the room. No a/c or ventilation. Beds are too rough and unclean
