Very difficult to find!

The property and our stay were great. I wish I could rate higher but the construction on property and the staff ruined things. Staff became extremely rude and confrontational when we went to check out and our Uber had arrived. Several people in our group took the luggage downstairs while one person waited behind at the hotel to check out. The staff thought we were trying to avoid paying the city tax, which we were not. We were simply trying to catch our driver before they left and get our belongings out. The staff member yelled at us and then proceeded to charge us double for the city tax.

I liked everything about it

It’s in a great location, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the rooms are clean and spacious. The area is quite busy with restaurant and nearby avenues, so there’s quite a bit of noise at night.

There was a deep sound coming out all night long, the elevator is tight

They have a varied breakfast, which was unusual for most of our locations. The food was good and the hosts made sure guests had what they needed. The location was good for transportation as it is within a block of a subway station. The rooms were clean and roomy. An issue with one of the rooms was fixed quickly. Even though the location is near busy streets, the rooms were quiet. Not the hotel itself, but it was difficult to get taxi service on Sunday morning to go to the train station.

It was in a great location. Staff was kind and attentive. There were some odd red stains on the bedding but everything else was clean.
-
Location! Not even 50m from a metro stop. A bit of a cosmopolitan area but quiet at night. Clean

Bring earplugs for sleeping. Plastic windows in Italy are not that ones of North Europe

cold basic room, wall unit heater unable to keep up with cold weather.

Location is prime. Breakfast was nice, but we paid extra for it. Accessibility and value. The hotel has a tiny lift and it was very difficult to use it with a stroller. The tripple room we booked was marely a double room with an extra sofa. The interiors are poor, lighting, mattress all were poor.

The location was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was apparently recently renovated and well done. The breakfast was very nice with numerous hot and cold options. Public transportation, both trams and metro, was steps away. The hotel is an apartment building and the reception is on the first floor. There is only a small sign on the common keypad entry panel for the hotel. The entry gate for the building is open during the day but closed at night and guests must be buzzed in. Once checked in none of this is an issue. However, it would be nice if the hotel would message guests ahead of time explaining all of this.

The location is great, although you are near everything it was very quiet and safe even in the evening. The staff is very helpful and polite. Great breakfast.

The property was a little hard to get to. We walked by it once or twice. It’s through a big brown door that houses other properties also. But once you figured it out, it was nice. Room was small, but clean and cozy and had everything you needed. Breakfast room was decorated so pretty and had a lot of nice choices.

My only complaint is that hot water in my room lasted approximately 8min, which with long hair made it impossible to wash it, but also forced me to be quite efficient once i committed to showering.

Metro right outside, stores and restaurants Nothing

The hotel was hard to locate the entrance. Not well indicated at all! The hotel is situated on the first floor. The escalator is very small. It can acomodate 1 person with 1 suitcase only at a time. The reception is tiny and in the waiting room only 2 persons can sit down. Checkout time is around 11 a.m., like most hotels. On the day we checked out, we asked the lady at reception if we could have a late checkout. She said it was fine until 2 p.m. But when we came back at 1:30 p.m., she was gone, and another staff member had told the cleaners to remove all our belongings from the room. That was frustrating, as we were not late.
