Front desk staff seemed untrained and unwilling to go the extra mile for a higher-end hotel. Seems like they did an aesthetic facelift to this hotel and didn't address the functionality or outdatedness of the rooms/hotel.

Exceptional location. Very clean and ultra modern. Super helpful staff that went above and beyond. Nice breakfast. The slogan says Stay in Art and this is 100% true. It’s like living in a MOMA, in good and bad ways. The decor is almost 100% black floor to ceiling. Almost brutalist in its art style. This often made things confusing or impractical. We could not easily figure out how to open the room door or do many basic things. I literally had to call the front desk to find out how to turn off the bathroom lights and she gave a well rehearsed speech about how the switch was in a hidden compartment in the wall underneath a hair dryer.

Beautiful design (even if not always practical) and EXCELLENT location. If you have a car, I do not recommend this hotel. They contract out a valet service and it is not easy to get access to your car or to get it delivered in a timely manner.

Nothing. It was terrible experience. This was the biggest scam ever. This is no more than a hostel. I did mistake to book this hotel i strongly suggest everyone to never pay this money to this hotel. There is a hostel next to it and they both are same. Only you pay this hotel a lot of money for no specific reason. Everything was bad. Rooms are claustrophobic. They dont even have a dresser. They dont have a simple coffee machine in room as a four star hotel. They dont even have a blackout curtain in room and no privacy at all. Opposite building can easily see inside the room and light enters to room in the morning. They have no designated breakfast restaurant area. Its in the lobby where exterior people are also seating. To be honest it is equal to one star hotel. Dont spend your money here

The staff was firendly and kind. Pet welcoming as i travel with a dog. Too noisy couldn't sleep nicely and the sheds are transparent no way to sleep in the dark.

it used to be a great design hotel. looks a bit old and crowd was not expected it used to be. downgraded a lot crowd wise especially. also surf bar wa very trendy cosy place crowded with locals now it is extremely touristic. lost its charm overall

rooms are good, bad too soft, bathroom super and staff is very nice disappointed about the "spa". very small sauna and even smaller pool. Only okay if you are on your own or with your partner, but not when other guests use it as well. Breakfast is too expensive for what they offer
