-The location is excellent - The staff were very friendly and helpful - breakfast was good -Small room for two person with baby age 1.4m - Room service are not professional of their services , room always not clean - it good to have classic room, but the furniture should be in good condition , not seems collected from rubbish

Location was fantastic
-
Ok but not as good as other two hotels we stayed at during trip.
-
Location is perfect Breakfast is not enough , there is no cafe machine in the room.
-
The rooms were nothing special
-
The location is great we were able to walk almost everywhere. There is also a very nice lounge where we could have cocktails, meet up with our fellow travelers and discuss our day.

View from the room was not great
-
The room was too small for 3 persons. The bathtub/shower did need a remodeling. The staff was great. See above.

The reception was not very accommodating. Facilities were average for the booster standard. TV wasn't smart, the thermostat didn't work and was botch fixed to allow the heating to remain on and no milk in the room. When I called reception nobody answered and when I called the hotel from my mobile to request milk I was told there would be a 7 euro charge or I would need to come and get it myself. Teas weren't replenished on the second night, when requested I was told to collect from the bar. Bit of a joke service really.

The bads are not comfortable and the room was very dirty.

Location is perfect, the lady responsible for the breakfast buffet was really exceptional unfortunately I didn’t get her name. The room service staff. My coffee spilt one day and I came back to the room and the coffee stains were still there , I went down to the reception as the phone lines were not working and asked for it to be cleaned and next day it wax still there

The property was centrally located. Cleaning staff must have left wet towels on our bed. When we returned the comforter and sheets were wet. We did get the bed changed, but I didn’t expect that to happen.

Locations I was in this property 3 years ago and it was perfect, now it's dirtier and the bathroom in the room is dirty, the doors are damaged and couldn't even be closed, there's a noticeable deterioration of the property.

The staff was helpful when we had a problem with the shower and moved us to a better room with an improved bath. The breakfast was very good. The bar drinks were disappointing -the Spritz was not as good as when we stayed last time (2 years ago) but overall we were very happy with our stay
