The good thing is that it’s close to the duomo and the tours meeting point. The hotel is not clean and not so many facilities

Tutto ok ! Better than expected

Nothing. They gave us a room where the sewage pipes were broken and had an intense smell, they initially masked the smell with cleaning products to cover it, so they clearly knew about it. Did not cooperate after to make it better.

We originally wanted to extend our stay for two more nights, but unfortunately there was no availability. The team immediately offered us a room at another hotel within their group of four hotels and even arranged the transfer of our luggage for us. Their service and attitude were truly outstanding and made the process very easy and stress-free. small room

It was a nice comfortable room. Quiet. Close enough to everything.

Nothing Basically everything, it was all too much small, and not very functional, like the elevator for exemple. There was also a receptionist, who usually starts working from the afternoon till the evening, that wasn’t very kind, he wasn’t professional at all and whenever he could he went off the desk… so it also wasn’t very helpful

Shower was really small.

The staff was really nice. The hotel is nicely situated in the center of Milano, close to good coffee shops and pizza places, within walking distance of any visiting attraction. Particular smell of old library in the room. Pretty thin walls. I could hear people talking and everything going on next door and on the hallway.

The hotel was very clean, quiet, service was great, reception attentive to our needs. The location was pretty close to the cathedral square, and other main tourists attractions. Breakfast was very good. V No bar, no restaurant.

Old, at the room the wooden top paint was pilled off ,not clean , blanket was it some dirt and for 3 people only one blanket, dont have a shampoo or body wash

Location was quite good (easy access to metro, restaurants and attractions). The room was comfortable and very clean. No ammenities in room: , e.g., no kettle on room, no free bottle of drinking water available in room daily and no drinking water available around the clock at lobby, no staff on duty before 7AM nor after 9PM. Please note that hotel is adversied in Booking with "24-hour front desk", which is not correct. Since they serve breakfast only for 3 hrs. in the morning, there is no access to any food in the hotel after that time.

The room was ok, but the rest of the hotel is definitely not a 4 star, rather barely a 3-star level. Worn and dirty lobby furniture, general beaten-up appearance of the common spaces. See above. Plus, when I asked about the ZTL restrictions and how to be able to handle the requirements for that, the staff was really unhelpful, just saying that the hotel does not provide any parking.

The room is small, bathroom is too small, The water in the bathtub does not drain easily, staff was not helpful specially in night shift.

The location only - net is very slow - no air conditioner - room is very small - bathtub is very small and risky

The location was nice A female staff was very rude i forgot my ring in the bathroom and came back to ask for it a couple of hours later whne i remmbered and she would not help me she said the room was booked while it was not and she said that i shouldnt have forgotten it its my fault and was rude whne was asked to call us a taxi she insisted on a payment of 40 euros to the san sero while it only costs 15 erous on the freenow app

Too warm. The central heating system doesn’t allow to control the temperature in the rooms so we had to open the window.
