The staff were lovely Housekeeping weren’t great and the bins in my room weren’t emptied when we first got there. And they could do with some hooks in the bathroom or room.

The room was amazing! I highly recommended the terrace! The front desk staff was super professional and helpful! It makes all the difference if the right people are hired! The room where breakfast was served is in the basement and there are no windows. Other than that it was perfect!

They could have water with fruits all the time instead of the bottle being empty when you needed the most.
