Good location close to main center square with Dumo and shopping centers On going construction going on but it didn’t have much impact on our stay

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Ariston. The location was great, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were kind and welcoming especially at the breakfast area. I would definitely stay here again! I stayed in a single room with no view

Location very good Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff were not friendly or helpful, and the rooms were very small. When I arrived, the air conditioning in my room was not working. I informed the front desk, but the response was basically, “I don’t have another room for you. You have to wait until tomorrow or until another room becomes available.” This was not an acceptable way to deal with a problem, especially after a long journey. The hotel also has no parking or even a proper place to stop temporarily to unload luggage. I had to stop in a parking space reserved for people with disabilities just to unload my bags, which was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to the Duomo and the main attractions in central Milan. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, but the service, room size, air conditioning, and parking situation need significant improvement.

Proximity to the city center and the shops on the main avenue. The rooms were very cramped. There was a lot of noise in the morning from street renovations. The staff were not friendly and were unwilling to help us. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable. We will not return to this hotel.

Proximity to points of interest in Milan Very disappointing experience. The room service was unsatisfactory, and the staff were consistently unpleasant and unhelpful. They treated us poorly, were constantly angry with us, and showed no willingness to assist when we needed help. To make matters worse, there was major street construction right next to the hotel, which started very early in the morning and repeatedly woke us up. Overall, this hotel did not provide the level of service or comfort we expected, and we would not recommend it.

Excellent location. Great breakfast. The lift is tiny so taking the stairs is an option, However coming down the stairs you cannot then access reception and end up coming out of the hotel in a side entrance
