Overall pleasant experience. Breakfast was good by European standards. Room was well maintained. Beds were fairly hard and the AC just would not make it to desired temp.

The staff was very friendly The rug and furnishings were very old and could stand a refurbish. The carpet had a red stain and there was fabric on almost everything, But it was clean and the staff was nice.

Location was good First of all, the staff was not welcoming at all. Although I arrived for a late check-in, I expected the room to be ready. Unfortunately, when we entered the room, it was immediately clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There were still items left behind by the previous guests, and to make matters worse, I found that some of the minibar items had already been opened, partially used, and were still left inside the minibar. This clearly showed that the room had not been properly inspected or prepared before our arrival. When I reported these issues to the reception, I was disappointed by their response. It was very cold and unprofessional. They simply said, “Sorry,” without offering any meaningful apology, taking responsibility, or making any effort to resolve the situation. No corrective action was taken, and there was no attempt to improve our experience. Overall, the service was disappointing, the cleanliness was unacceptable, and the hotel did not provide value for the price I paid. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

It’s very close to the Duomo and to public transport. Although the hotel is on a busy street, the rooms were very quiet. The hotel room was very dark, unfortunately.

The location was excellent, and we were given a room that more than met our needs. The breakfast was excellent; the service superior! I liked everything!

The receptionist was helpful and upgraded me to a better room with bigger bed, because somehow on booking.com the confirmation came with a single bed while I ticked a double bed option
