Would have been nice to have a tea kettle or coffee machine in the room. Otherwise perfect!

The location is great. Few steps to piazza del duomo It is part of a building. The room smelled bad although it was very clean I don’t know why?

Location, staff, spaces. A little noisy due to the proximity to the road and tranvías

The location is great. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice.

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra del Domo. La habitación fue amplia y comodísima. La administración está en el segundo nivel, así que al principio resulta un poco confuso. Se puede caminar a zonas turísticas con restaurantes y cafés de primera. Y si quieres ir a otra parte de la ciudad, como el canal, puedes tomar el tranvía que pasa justo en frente. El tranvía pasa y hace un poco de ruido pero en la noche es completamente silencioso.

Very close to Milan Cathedral and Metro. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included The bed was very hard and so were the pillows. Very loud traffic noise.

The location couldn’t be better, one block from the Duomo and Galleria. Everything was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no issues

Excellent location near Duomo and metro stations for connections everywhere. Especially when pulling large luggage around the streets of Milan. Staff members were extremely friendly and accomodating. Thank you for your attention to details and the information provided to help us get where we needed. The only issue was that the bed was not as comfortable as expected for a good rest after a long day and jetlag.

The hotel staff were excellent and very communicative. They answered my questions prior to my arrival very promptly. They were very helpful at check-in, too, answering our questions. The location and the room were great. Our stay was only one night but I would certainly stay there again! We had to leave earlier in the morning than planned due to a train strike and they were awesome at checkout making it super quick and easy - they met us at the elevator! I highly recommend Hotel La Madonnina.

The location was great and the rooms were nice. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING! I left an item at the hotel and they helped me ship it to me, even though it was complicated. They were so helpful. Can’t recommend it more!
