Nothing. I was appalled by my stay with Alessandro and cannot recommend his B&B: he tried to push open our locked door without properly identifying himself, leaving my partner and me feeling unsafe, and the shared balcony is so open that anyone—including neighbors and the host—can walk right up to your door; when I raised these security concerns and asked for a partial refund, Alessandro dismissed me, insisted he had “knocked,” blamed me for not replying until 6 PM, and offered only a half-hearted apology, all while accusing us of making the wrong booking; on top of that, the room was clearly dirty, with visible grime on the floors and ants crawling around despite our always taking out the trash and eating only on the balcony, yet he insisted the pest problem was our fault; to make matters worse, the listing misleadingly advertises an “apartment” experience when in reality it’s a bed-and-breakfast with zero privacy, and whenever any housekeeping or maintenance is needed, Alessandro expects unfettered access—an arrangement I found entirely inappropriate and unsettling.

Nice people. It's a renovated place, on a very good location, very close to the metro, very convenient to use. Not the best soundproof.

Lovely terrace, close to the metro, nice restaurants nearby, has a fridge, nice building with a lift, window has electric shutter/blinds to keep dark at night, air con, some toiletries provided. Lots of street noise so bring earplugs! Asked to leave the room 10-12 each day for cleaning.

Super convenient location next to a Metro stop, near streets full of great restaurants, grocers and markets, patisseries, etc. A short hop to inner-city attractions. Amazing roof terrace with views clear to the Duomo, in a gorgeous midcentury modern apartment building. Hosts were unobtrusive and very flexible when I arrived at an irregular time. A great low-key neighborhood spot to base yourself for exploring the city. Bonus: the air conditioning worked great. It's a little worn around the edges in places, but for the price I paid, the convenience and the overall comfort, it's perfectly fine. Just needs a fresh coat of paint on the doors, etc. Otherwise zero complaints.

The room was amazing and always clean. There is a metro station right beside the building, which is very convenient. The hosts are very nice and loving and were always very helpful. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The staff was very friendly. The location was good as it was very silent. Even though it was a good walk to get into the center I liked this location. You could take the metro that has a station very close by. The room is clean and big enough, also with a very nice balcony. It's nice that the toilet has it's own entrance. The bed was really too small for me and one of the smallest I had so far on my holidays. Luckily it was for 2 persons so I could sleep diagonal. Further all was good!

very close to the red subway, the host was very nice, direct to the fair. Nice view from the balcony! the bathroom was renovated, the room was a bit old fashioned in my opinion.

Spacious room and bathroom with great amenities. The terrace was amazing as well with great view of Milano. Minute walk to transport links as well. The lock on the door to the house room was confusing/difficult, but I still managed to enter my room.

Great location, very friendly hostess. Large room. Everything that was promised - everything is available. We all really liked Too bad we came in winter and couldn't appreciate the beauty of the outdoor rooftop terrace
