I requested rooms next to each other and didn’t get them, bathroom smelled like pee and the beds were uncomfortable, no duvet just sheets provided. Towels smelled used. Overall bad

Almost everything...reasonable price for the service and good place to unwind from the heat of the city! The receptionist charged us for the city tax even we presented our carta identita that we are residence of milan and was told that we can not refund it...???

Comfortable quiet room. Access to the swimming pool. Friendly staff. Cose to the San Siro and Snai La Maura which is why we stayed there. Far from the city centre. Great view from the pool. The reception staff were polite and helpful, but completely out of touch with what was going on at the pool. We weren’t given robes (they’d run out), and were told towels would be available poolside — but there were no towels and no staff there at all. Luckily we’d brought our own beach towels, so we just went back to our room to get them. The pool area itself was also very stuffy

Everything was great, including the friendly staff. They gave us our rooms when we arrived at about 9:00 AM. The breakfast was nice. They also gave us and our kids complimentary water and cookies when we were checking out. The location is out of town but they offered a free shuttle to the nearby metro station.

Quiet location, clean and neat room, nice arrangement of the furniture, good ammenities, two big windows with a pleasant view and lots of light, comfy bed and pillows. Very helpful staff, quick to address any request. Good value for money. Would return.

The stuff is very kind The Ac in the room was not working It was cold in the room throughout the night in the room,extra charge of the minibar

The bar open’s at 5pm so if you missed breakfast cut off at 10am there was no place at the hotel or surrounding area to get a coffee and some snacks.
