Overall, I had a good stay and was generally satisfied with the hotel. At reception, a staff member told me that my reservation had not been paid for, even though I had already paid through Booking.com. He was also preparing to charge me an amount higher than the confirmed booking price. After I explained that I had already paid and asked him to double-check, he verified the reservation and confirmed the payment. Had I not noticed and questioned it, I might have been charged again. At checkout, I asked the bell attendant to wait for just five minutes, but when I returned, he was no longer there to assist with the luggage. In addition, the hotel restaurant did not offer halal food, which limited our dining options.

It was clean and comfortable I also booked a room for my parents and requested and early check-in. They only got their room PAST 3PM. Not even for 3pm which was the check in time. They waited in the lobby for 3 hours, and then saw other people that just arrived checking in and getting their room before them. The lady at the reception just forgot about them. The breakfast staff / service is total chaos. No tables assigned to waiters, everyone is confused. I ordered a cappuccino and there was no coffee in it. Just milk…. I love Holidays inn in general, but this one was very disorganized! Plus the price ain’t cheap so I expected better service for sure! Even the one we stayed at in the philippines was so much better.

Very clean hotel with good variety of breakfast, staff are friendly and welcoming, they are providing shuttle free to location near centre, AC not performing well especially in summer,

It was weird to try and use the elevator as you had to have your car programmed to have access to certain areas of the building. Also, the pool was closed for some reason. There was not disclosed.

The hotel is generally clean, the staff behave respectfully, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable and fast. The rooms seemed smaller than advertised, and the hotel’s immediate surroundings were not very convenient for walking to nearby places. Unfortunately, the spa was closed during our stay, although we had planned to spend at least one day enjoying it.

I took suite so it was spacious and comfortable, the staff are friendly. To dumo 30 min but i have a car so its ok for me.
