Excellent location right next to the trams that take you to city center. It was super clean! Great value, and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. It is near the tram, which means you will hear some level of noise from them passing by, but not too bad. The sheets were starchy and stiff and scratchy.

Old man at the reception was friendly and helpful but he doesnt speak English. We heard noise from outside, even people climbing stairs was so loud from inside. Water was leaking in the bathroom from the windows. Room temperature was not in our control. AC was turned off during the night. Stay was not worth the money paid.

AC was auto, and there is no way for you to turn it on if you feel Hot, so you ended up waking up in the middle of the night sweating, without a fan or AC, and the only thing you can do is to wait until the AC turns on by itself.

Stay at this hotel just gave frustration and disappointment. After check-in, we parked the car and took public transport to go out. When we came back, the entrance gate was locked from the inside and there was no other way in. No one answered our calls or opened the door. We were stuck outside in the dark, frustrated. Earlier, we also had an issue with the door not locking and tried knocking on the staff door—but no one responded. For the money we paid during a busy season, it was worth it at all.

Very convenient and cozy hotel. Thank you for receiving us at such a late hour, we very much appreciate it. Our stay was short but very comfortable.

Our room was on the street side and very noisy. Location is bit far from the center but in front of the hotel is train station and is not that bad.

I loved the room and we didn't have any kind of limit of hour to arrive (we even arrived passed midnight one day without any problem). In addition, the hotel staff was magnificent, the room was cleaner than my own house, and the bathroom was as clean as the room and had some shampoos and other details for free ❤️ (imho it should have at least 3 stars and it has one). Some comments talked about the tram making too much noise, my room had the window facing directly to the tram, and we only noticed the vibrations of it. nothing important, we could even dream nicely without any problem (for your interest, tram service stops at 2:00, and from 00 to 02 it only passes from 30m to 30m).

For 1, maximum 2 day it is good to stay, perfect location near the tram station. The tram goes to the city. The room was clean, the owner was very kind. Free parking is useful. Speaking only italian. Therefore we could not explain little requests. The heating was not able to turn on, and the heating turn on the owner if we went to the room only, was a bit cold after theatre. The bathroom door was noisy also, but we could not explain this. Even the room was clean the wall was wet, after 2 days our clothes were wet also. It is an old house. A bit noisy hotel but we thought it in advance.

The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious, it met our expectations.Staff was kind and the location is close to public transport. Since the tram is very close to the location, it is quite noisy, especially at night.

The prices were good, the location was easy to find and also easy to reach the center from it. The staff were helpful and tried to make you feel welcomed and fulfill your requests. (It's not a general feedback but a suggestion to the property) I only stayed one night and the heater was working great, however at night it was shut down on its own and I couldn't find the remote control to open it again. I would suggest that every room should have the AC remote control available without request. Maybe it was an individual case or maybe it's not.

Private off street parking, 24 hour front desk, large rooms with comfortable beds, excellent value for money. The location isn’t central Milan but is on a tram line and has some nice restaurants and bars a short walk away. Not very soundproofed, noise from the communal area and from the tram track outside.

Room has enough space and clean. Staff is friendly. Wifi connection is good. You can take free espresso from the reception. There is a market and tram stop nearby. Cold for winter days. Reception can not speak a bit of English. Water leaking from bathroom after shower. Surface stays wet. In shower water gets cold and doesn’t gets warm sometimes. Sheets are not comfortable. It is far away from city centre (40-50 min) Neighbourhood is poor and weird.
