Clean rooms, very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast manager is very friendly and lovely! Breakfast choice is good (& eclectic!) especially given the size of the dining area. Decent location - 5 mins walk to the underground and very easy to get into Milan. Also 10-15 mins walk from Milan Centrale train station. Air con is capped at 21 which is fine - we understand why - however when it's 42 degrees outside it takes a good while to cool the room (as it obviously doesn't stay on without the key card in.

Close to LIN for a quick one-night stay before flying out, so in a good location for that. Underwhelmed by the staff's welcoming but they were able to assist with calling an early morning Taxi to LIN, which was helpful.

Modern large-ish room and excellent check-in experience. No toiletries. Not that easy to find nor to access via train. Some problems with booking.com and messages being sent outside the portal but this wasn't the hotel's fault and they did respond quickly to my queries.

What we liked about the hotel was the location. It was good, being just a 4 minutes walk from the metro station, bus, and tram stop, and not far from the train station. There was an express supermarket across the road and a big supermarket open till midnight a 15 minutes walk away. It is a small quiet hotel and an elevator was available. The staff was very friendly. The room was good size, with a desk, a round glass table with 2 chairs, a wardrobe, a suitcase bench, and good lighting options. It had 2 single beds of a good size with comfortable mattresses and pillows, block out curtains, a mini fridge, and an electric kettle with tea and coffee. Standard quality towels and linen were provided. Sound proofing is good; there was some tram noise in the morning, but it was not too bad. The bathroom was ok, and hand wash gel and shampoo were provided. I really liked the bath tub with soft lights changing. The breakfast was sufficient, featuring scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, cold meats and cheese, sweets and juice, cereals, pancakes, and coffee made to order.The staff members were very friendly throughout our stay.Standard quality towels and linen were provided. It's an older hotel but clean and well presented. Our stay started with a very stressful situation. Our plane from Barcelona to Milan was cancelled and we had to fly the following day, so I called the hotel and notified them that we will be checking in on Monday 6/7/26 instead of Sunday 5.7.26. The receptionist said it was ok as the room was paid for. As we arrived to Milan early in the morning, I received a message from Teco hotel via booking.com that our booking was cancelled as we did not show up. We were on the street with our suitcases looking for a bus stop when I had to call the hotel to question this and they said they gave our room to somebody else and it was not available till the following day. I could not believe it. I had to call booking.com and was sorting issues with the hotel for half an hour. We had to find another hotel and return to the Teco hotel the day after. The booking.com agent negotiated on our behalf a refund for 2 nights we didn't stay there. The hotel manager contacted me via email and confirmed our stay for the remaining 2 nights and confirmed the refund. The hotel offered us free breakfast, which was nice, and the refund was processed immediately. The aircon was set on +21°C the lowest which I didn't really like, as I felt still hot. Power points were by the beds, but we needed another adapters which we didn't have, so we charged the phones by the entrance door and at the desk. There was a shower over the bathtub with a movable screen, but the water was spilling onto the floor a bit. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the mirrors were steamed up. Hotel Teco is well located - a few min walk from the Metro station, which in turn is a few stops from the Central Area where the Duomo is. There are also a number of food location nearby, popular shops and a small supermarket. Our room was fairly spacious, clean and the bathroom was great! Special mention about the service and staff - reception was friendly, warm and welcoming and always answered our queries, whether nearby eating places or taxi transport. I also reported a bedside lamp that wasn't working but it was fixed by the time we returned to the hotel by late afternoon. Nothing

The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was small but enough to start the day and enough variety. It was in a central location parallel to the main street of Buenos Aires, and close to the Metro station. AC in the room was a blessing in the scorching heat! The AC could not be adjusted properly and there were times it felt a bit too cold and needed to just be switched off momentarily. The facilities overall are outdated and need a major renovation to match modern decor and facilities. The shower was leaking water onto the floor and needed attention not to splash too much onto the glass doors.
