Good place to stay in Milano

The location is excellent, in the middle of the shopping area, the metro is one minute walk to go to Duomo, it is clean, the reception staff are very helpful. They serve gluten free breakfast. Overall it was satisfying stay.. mini bar in the room is for free. There is only one small elevator used by the staff and the customers. Sometimes you can wait for more 3 minutes to use it. Specially in the morning.

We expected a nice stay at a reasonable price in a big hotel chain. However, we received great hospitality that far exceeded our expectations. Location: In the middle of Corso Buenos Aires, 15 minutes easy walk from Centrale and 2 minutes away from Lima subway station. The area feels safe, with many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Front desk: super nice and professional, ready to respond to any question we had. Rooms: A small room with a balcony, which has everything you need, including a fridge and a kettle. Triple glass windows, a comfortable mattress, and full (not spongy) pillows. The air conditioner was working great in the summer. Spotless room. Breakfast: Tasty and very rich breakfast for 8 Euros per person, including a variety of fruits and vegetables, omelet, cheeses, cold meats, pastries and more. I don’t think you can have a better deal anywhere. Three surprises: (1) beautiful rooftop terrace with a city view; (2) Free coffee machine on the ground floor; (3) free use of the minbar. That means that you can use for free whatever the hotel equips the minibar with, yet they refill only the water during the stay. On the downside, there is one small elevator for the hotel; however, this is the interior of the building, and it wasn’t a real problem. Location was good, right near the Lima M1 metro as well as a bus line. Everything else. Our room had an awful burning metallic smell that got worse every time we entered the room and really didn't seem like a good idea to be breathing that in for 3 days,even with a window open. They couldn't give us another room because the hotel was full for that night so we ended up leaving and staying somewhere else alll together, 8 hours after checking in. Front staff wasn't helpful and the person I dealt with the evening that we left (same day we checked in) wasn't friendly or symptomatic at all, made it look like we were crazy.

Staff was not very pleasant and the room smelled like smoke. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. There are nicer places to stay.

Modern clean all fridge is for free upon arrival very helpful at midnight. Great panoramic view of the city. Prosecco was included Liked it all! The only minus was the receptionist who was very cold as ice

Good location. Really close to the metro. The staff was super friendly. We arrived early and they helped store our luggage so we could enjoy our day.

The rooms are fresh,modern and clean, with big balconies. If you stay on the 7th floor, you have a great view to the Unicredit skyscrapers. Everything was great

Clean, great shower. Friendly staff. The first flight of stairs getting the elevator! Road noise from outside was not good.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room did not have a working air conditioner, and it was unbearably hot. When I contacted the front desk for help, the staff were unfriendly and showed no willingness to fix the issue or offer an alternative. The lack of basic comfort and poor customer service made my experience very unpleasant. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Poor management

Friendly staff, good breakfast options, close to metro station and walking distance from central station. Also, some good restaurants nearby. It seems like the airconditioning wasn't working in our room. We just opened the door leading to the terrace to let in fresh air. Not really a big issue on our end.

Centrally located close to train station and very friendly staff Elevator which is quite small is half a floor up from the lobby making carrying bags etc a challenge
