The hotel is in a good neighborhood, quiet and walkable. The staff is very friendly, the room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was typical Italian, the coffee was very good. N/A

the place is quiet, even though my room had a window on the street but when I close the window i don't hear any voice. I'm arachnophobic and I like this hotel because it's very clean and safe from insects and from any other thing - If you don't want to wake up early, you'll hear voice of steps outside because the doors are not soundproof. - The mini fridge is available in the room but it's not plugged, when I tried to plug it I found that the plug is not compatible with the wall. The hotel didn't bother buying an outlet that makes the plug work so that I can put a bottle of water in the mini fridge in the hot weather. Unfortunately in Milano it's not possible to find a store that sell water unless you find a supermarket. So every time I wanted to drink cold water I had to go to the closest supermarket instead of using the mini fridge.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Yoghurt, fruit juice, coffee and fresh pastries for breakfast. 24h access with a front door key. Good wifi. Happy to provide me with a business invoice. Didn't find an electrical socket at the desk. Air conditioner was a bit noisy (but worked fine!)

The staff were properly and very nice i liked them very much the room was very clean for the rest of the stay and the atmosphere was comfortable and quiet

Great place. We stayed for 1 night and the next day we asked if we could leave our luggage for sometime while we explored. Was no problem. Lady was super nice. Highly recommend!
