old and bathroom smellled, no elevator... needs to be refinished.

All is good

Kindness, cleanliness, location. The room without a wardrobe, but it’s not a big problem. It would be better to install a coffee machine for guests (even for a fee).
-
I request a room in the lower level due to my knee pain and they were nice enough to comply, plus they also allow us to check in earlier which was greatly appreciated as we were tired. The location is great, 10 minutes from the metro, on a beautiful street, it was clean, the room was large, the restroom small but it’s that way in Europe. Nothing

Extremely good value for the money, and the location was quite close to the Wagner metro station. N/A

The staff was very nice and friendly!! Something that was used for cleaning or softener smelled little too strong for me but not a big problem.

The staff was excellent. Vera was extremely hospitable, she gave us great information about the area, where to eat, how to move on public transportation, she even took our luggage up to our room. The fact that there is controlled access to the entrance door vs having a code or key to get in we have to wait for an attendant, there was always one available but after 10:30pm they said we may need to call a number to have the door opened. There was NO cold water in the bathroom and there was a leak in the bathroom when we asked to have the cold water turned on.

There is no cutlery in the room at all... It would be nice if there was at least a water boiler and some basic stuff like two plates, forks and cups/glasses.

Fantastic hotel and good value for money. Very nice and helpful staff. Good location with lots of restaurants, a grocery store, and near The Last Supper Museum. Good street parking (2 euro per hour but free on sunday) in area. Great AC in rooms. Safe area

Incredibly peaceful, beautiful and comfortable. Very well connected by metro and tram. The host is very hospitable and kind, he gave us a lot of helpful tips about the city. Definitely visiting again.
