The location Poor customer service. Unable to get anyone when you need them.
-
clean stay close to milano centrale, dont need much more for one night. gwen at the desk was exceptionally helpful.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the room was big and location was ideal near the station. But the advertising was for done-up rooms and we had one that was an older style with broken air conditioning and a fan that could not keep up with the heat. Old room (we're there others available? The check-in agent seemed to imply that we'd have a worse room as we'd booked through booking.com). Nowhere near enough electrical points for device charging. Air conditioning was broken - there should have been the suggestion of a discount). Breakfast could have been very nice but it was understaffed and we had to keep asking for things and finding a clean table was tricky. Enough. We will never stay there again.
-
Nothing Difficult entrance . No air conditioning, and with 30 degree in Milan and a tariff of 160 it must have ac !!!
-
not AC rooms and during summer it is not recommended
-
Good enough.

It was very centrally located. It was perfect!! The AC was fully working.

It is close to the central bus and train station which is convenient. We booked the room for the air conditioning but it was a wall unit and the room never got cool. There was also a plug in fan which was helpful but for the price we were expecting a truly air conditioned room. The check in process was annoying. There was no one at the entry. You have to take a janky elevator to the third floor and then there was a sign to go to the 5th floor to check in. Then, we got our room back in the first floor that was a multi use rented area for facials and other businesses. Not what I was expected for a three star hotel but the room was clean and relatively comfortable but very small for 4 People. It’s ok if you have an early train to catch but I would not stay here again unless there were no other options.

the guy at the reception no AC even though it stated as included
-
The power kept shutting off. Hot. Dirty. Hard to locate room in the hotel
-
I only liked the comfortable bed. Really nice That there was no AC!

Was very nice

The receptionist initially tried to check us into a different room than the one we had booked. Instead of the Queen Deluxe room we paid for, we were given a much smaller room on a lower level, without air conditioning. After seeing the room, we went back to the reception and explained that it was not the room we had reserved. After some discussion and a double-check of the booking, the staff acknowledged the mistake and moved us to the correct room.
