Hotel Siro

Very neat. Clean. Ac is perfect. Tv very good with flexibility and multichannel. Shower is powerful and towels are multi and clean. Location is middle. Not too near or far from main train station. However. You are in the middle of coffees food and supermarket. The tram is stopping in front door. There was breakfast but i didnt tried it. I stayed only one night. The room is too small. Not good for someone who has too many luggages or used to wide space. There is no lift. But my room was on the first floor. Up. Sometimes some noises from other rooms. You can hear clearly the sound of tram. Yet not very noisy.

Most of the staff members were warm and receptive. A peaceful environment with needs readily available in the neighborhood. Quite close to the Central Station. Information regarding the cleaning of room was not properly communicated and this led room not cleaned with no replacement of toiletries even after complaining.

The room was very simple, but clean and well-maintained. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but more than sufficient and the staff made fresh coffee for you.

The hotel is extremely convenient. I stayed 4 nights and it was super easy to do everything. The rooms were very simple and had everything i needed for the price i was looking for. The hotel is like a block away from a metro station that you can use to connect to Milano Centrale so it was super easy to navigate Milan. Staff was very helpful and spoke English.

We were late to check in because our flight was delayed and the staff waited up and were so accomidating. The room was clean, the shower amazing - just what we needed after a long flight! The location is great - close to the central station so this was also a bonus.

The room was clean, I don't really have issue with the facilities. I had a very unpleasant experience. I had invited a friend over for us to go for a walk, and I told him just to come to my room. The reception didn't let him come up even after they had called my room to confirm he was with me. I had to come down, and when I came down, he wasn't even allowed to come up with me to the room so he had to wait downstairs while I got ready in the room. He told me they were aggressive with them about this. It was very humiliating, and they made me feel like I had a prostitute over or something. It felt very controlling. I will never come back. I have never been to a hotel and not being allowed to have someone over - especially in the middle of the day. Every interaction I have had with the guy in the reception (older guy) was without a smile and made me feel like I was bothering him even from our first interaction. Didn't have interaction with the other staff other than handing over the key. They have air condition, but no one told me this and they forgot to give me the remote for it.

The staff is nice, the room was fine, breakfast is small though it's the same all over Italy (would be nice to have more warm food). The shower is too small

Clean new reception, staff very polite and helpful. Room spacious and clean, with everything you need. Beds were comfortable with spotless sheets. Conad supermarket is literally across the road, the metro station a couple of minutes away walking distance. We were a bit worried about the street noise mentioned in some reviews, our room was facjng the street and we had no issues, slept like a baby. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

The simple breakfast and clean room make this stay a good value of choice. 10-15minutes walk from central train station.

We can hear all the noise from other rooms. But it's ok level.

The location is great, across from a supermarket and very near the tram stop. The room and bathroom was warm and clean and the beds exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast not bad, and the cappuccino excellent.
