Hotel Milano Palmanova

It was located quite closer to the train,bus station, and around is a pitza restaurant and some shops This hotel has 4 stars, but unfortunately their service is very poor ,so I wouldn't give not even 1 star ..the breakfast is the worst I ever have in my life in one hotel ,almost doesn't exist ..and they barely gave us air condition in a hot weather..July,it was boiling in the room and also there is no small fridge in the room which is elementary but in the same time they had in the reception the air condition on ;and the price wasn't very cheap.But considering 4 stars definitely the guests are expecting more.

Bed sheet was clean The hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but in my opinion it does not deserve more than 2 stars. The building is old and poorly maintained. The elevator was very small, had a broken floor, and smelled unpleasant. The facilities were extremely limited, and the air conditioning did not cool the room—it only worked as a fan. The bathroom door was dirty, and the water pressure from the sink faucet was extremely low, making it inconvenient to use. Considering the room rate and the additional €15 parking fee, the hotel offered very poor value for money. Overall, the quality of the accommodation was far below what I expected from a hotel claiming to be 4 stars.

Nice and clean. Good size room with good facilities I had to hand passport in to borrow an iron which I was nervous about

The staff were lovely the breakfast was very substantial the shower was strong the Wi-Fi was fair. If your room is on the roadside the shutters did well to keep the noise out although there were a little bit broken was nice. Unfortunately there was no hot drink facilities within the room there were two bags and paper cups in the foyer but that did not come with any milk or sugar so it was fairly bleak no kettle either the air conditioning wasn't allowed to be turned on due to local regulations however the temperature of a needed some sort of coaling system no fans were offered. There were many including things like the toilet seat all of which were functional but it doesn't allow to give the hotel a high rating.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The room window was broken, the room had not been properly cleaned or serviced, and overall everything was in very poor condition. Location was not important to me, but the low standard of facilities—especially for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars—was surprising and disappointing. The level of service and amenities was absolutely not consistent with a 4-star hotel. The situation was so unacceptable that I decided to leave immediately after check-in and change my hotel.
