Very clean

Staff was friendly, room was clan, everything worked and looked like the photos. Location is not city center, but they do not advertise as such, so you get what it is promoted.

The location was major downside. The hotel is a quite far from the city center, and the nearest metro station Crescenzago, was closed for renovations. Unfortunately, I was never informed about this before my arrival. As a result, we had to walk all the way to another station or to take bus, during one of the hottest periods of the year.

Unfortunately I needed to cancel my trip to Milan, but I had several messages exchange with the Hotel staff and they have always been kindly and useful. The staff always answered immediately my questions and thus we plan to book again a weekend at this Hotel as soon as we will have the chance to travel to Milan again.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The place is clean. The location is a bit far from Central Milan. The 4 star hotel does not match the modest location.

My room was cleaned daily. The area was safe and close to the train station. I don’t have anything bad to say. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms wete clean. Easy to reach. Location is a bit off the center but it is easy to reach as there is a metro station just two minutes. Wifi could be better.

It was such a good experience to stay here! They have the most helpful and accomodating staff. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. It may seem simple but it is all tasty! We also really enjoyed the location because it is a few minutes walk to the train. Thank you. Will be staying here again if we come back to Milan! Nothing. Everything was great

It was all-over clean and comfortable as a stay, but don't expect something special, it is a regular hotel. I am surprised it has 4 stars. The stuff and experience with the hotel were worse. I hate hidden taxes. I am willing to know what I will pay at the beginning. They asked for city taxes and charged me for child's bed extra ( I had written on the search from the beginning ). But that is nothing compared to next. They asked me for a deposit of 50€ in case of some damage. They told me to return it after check out. That was okay from me. There were two options, cash ( which I didn't have at the moment) of credit card payment. I chose the last one. They forced me to write down my almost full information of Credit Card. Including 12 digit number and exp. date. I explained to them that it was not normal, as someone could use that information to steal money from me. The Receptioner answered that that was not true, but I think she knew what was I talking about. After that, I asked her to give me the room, I had already been paid online. She refused to give me a room before that 50 € ( the hidden payment from booking ) or credit card info. I explained to her that I had 3 nights left, and I would just cash out in 1 hour. I just needed room to feed and sleep the kid . She did not care about that and kept fake smiling and telling me that that was not possible. After a while, my friend came with cash 50€ and I finally got into the room. I feel either they are just soleless people who don't know about credit card robbery ( which I doubt) or they collect this information for future crime use.

To much noises outside door from housekeeping

I absolutely loved my stay! The service was wonderful — everyone was so kind and attentive. The room was incredible: comfortable, clean. The food was good. Everything exceeded my expectations — I can’t wait to come back!
