BelAir Unique, a Wyndham Hotel

I called the front desk on the phone and was hung up when I said I did not understand they said. Instead of explaining the man just hung up the phone on me. The food for the free breakfast could have been better.

Location, and cleanliness The wait to check in.

The breakfast was outstanding. I would highly recommend to include it in your stay. The location was great, a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. The staff is amazing and so patient. Nothin.

Nice place, close to everything we need.

Near to modern part of the city. Good breakfast. Very large rooms. I asked for cleaning of bath and repair broken fridge. Nobody come to fix it, bath was dirty.

Booking.com advertised a “Queen Room” but we got a what in Mexico is called a “cama matrimonial” which is smaller than a queen bed . Not what we expected, due our plan was to check-in and have a little rest before going to a night gala I didn’t think to ask for a room change, but when we returned to sleep it was impossible for us two people to have a comfortable sleep and didn’t rest properly . On the check out process Mr. Uriel Martínez besides incompetence when I requested to speak to a supervisor he tried to put words on me that I didn’t say when he spoke to the supposed to be his supervisor. The supposed to be the supervisor didn’t want to talk to me and Mr. Martinez denied to give me the supervisor’s name . Finally I found out that the person he talked was not the supervisor and looks like there was not one on duty. This person made me lose time with his excuses and didn’t solve nothing. My complaint is, why we got a smaller bed when in the booking.com mentions a QUEEN ROOM .

Great location, staff were kind. Parking and breakfast included Rooms with old furniture . Bathroom door didn’t close .

Nothing in particular 1) Check in takes forever 2) Slow staff not friendly or customer centric 3) invoicing process always takes long. You have to send an email every time with your fiscal information. Room # and date while in other hotels you just let the staff know you need fiscal invoice and minutes after checking out you get the invoice in your inbox. 4) a guest came into my room in the middle of the night while sleeping and said he was given the same room. How can this be possible!!! From a safety perspective for all guests this is totally unacceptable. And i can keep going on and on.

Bed and pillows. The shade was tough to control. We had to call to the front desk to ask how to control. There should be instructions in the room or provided at the front desk. One of the front desk clerks was not very welcoming. Just very indifferent.

Loved the location and staff it was great

Hotel was clean, very comfortable beds, and Breakfasts was great. Just a little far from everything. With traffic, airport was 55 min away, Zócalo central was 53 min away and bacilica de Guadalupe was 55 minutes away.

We got a room in the executive floor 8th, The room was really spacious with a big jacuzzi. Food from room service is Ok. Like it: Pizza Not much: pastas and cheese table.

The rooms need lots of work outdated ac not working cutting pulldown shades rooms get really hot. Noncold water

Great location. Room was ok, but the system to open and close the curtains did not work well. Only one bath towel provided (no hand towel or other) the first two days. Breakfast was very busy and the person in charge somewhat rude.

The ac didn't work and they didt offer cleaning services despite being asked tp do so from our first day of a 4 day stay. Ot was horrible and not worth the cost!
