The mattress are old and it's hard to rest. And there was no body gel in the shower although we reported twice they didn't refilled it.

Room was great. Super big, hugh balcony, king bed, comfy pillows. Hot water came fast, almost as soon as you open. It's a small hotel, very well located business wise. I doubted to chose this hotel or another one 1 block away, but what hooked me in were the pics of the fantastic "included" breakfast. Pictures were a scam, nothing to do with reallity. If you wanted the "pictured breakfast", it's by the menu, you need to pay for it, and despite I did it, nothing to do with the expectations. Also, and understanding check in is at 3pm and check out at noon, I requested an early check in or even a late check out. I saw little movement in the hotel, and given the time of the week and location, you coiuld assume it was not fully packed, yet and almost without reviewing it, both of them were denied.

Very spacious and elegant Everything was excellent

Nice room, great and very thoughtful staff The bathroom was very clean and well appointed, but the layout was a bit awkward (door placement). The restaurant was convenient, and the staff very pleasant, but I thought I ordered a single egg and a piece of toast a la carte, but I received a full breakfast. To be fair, I do not speak Spanish so very well be I miscommunicated.
