Charming old building! Excellent staff made the visit so much better. Can’t say enough about how lovely they were!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It felt personable, like you were welcomed into someone's home. Upon our arrival, we were greeted personally and given a beverage - just one of those nice touches that shows they clearly really care. The breakfast was delicious. Cleanliness of the room was beyond expectation, and the bathrooms were modern and updated. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! All in all, we will absolutely be coming back here as soon as we can.

Beautiful place that mixes the feeling of an old hacienda with modern comfort details

The breakfast was very good. The courtyard and garden are lovely. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It would be nice to have air conditioning (our room did not), which would allow the windows to stay closed.

Cosy, private, lovely courtyard, clean rooms, great breakfasts, wonderful attentive staff. Nothing - it was great!

Excellent room in a beautiful historic and peaceful hacienda in Mexico City. The room was very cosy and there were plenty of amenities available. The breakfast was also delicious. The staff were extremely lovely and they were very hospitable during our stay. They provided plenty of recommendations for what to do in the city and they were kind enough to let us freshen up before our flight in the evening. I definitely recommend this place, and if possible stay for more than one night to get the proper experience at this hacienda. None

Excellent breakfast. The manager went way out of his way to help me! He even personally escorted me to a restaurant for dinner one night! What a great person! The location could have been closer to the attractions I wanted to visit.

The older woman who worked there was really nice. It is not at all what the pictures display. Maybe somewhere there is a room like that but our room smelled musty, the floors have not been polished in 100 years and the bathroom groans and hisses and has no charming tiles. It’s plain, smelly, depressing. There’s construction going on. There was welding and hammering before eight on a Saturday morning. There are heaps of sandbags propping up walls. The location sucks. You can’t walk to anything a tourist wants.

Historic and owned by the same family since it was a hacienda in 1820’s , a real gem , with original patio an oasis in the city Well, nothing I didn’t like although if you know fawlty towers , the gentleman chef was a bit grumpy

Alexandra was wonderful, and the place was beautiful, clean and in a peaceful neighbourhood. Nothing

I stayed at 3 other hotels during this trip and this one had the best customer service by far. The staff makes you feel welcomed from when you first check in to when you leave. It feels like home away from home, they have a beautiful garden where you can eat your breakfast in the morning while you watch the birds bathe in the water fountain. The area is super safe and quiet, I almost forgot I was in the middle of one of the biggest cities in the world. It is located very close to Chapultepec and lots of restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and made to order while you wait. I have stayed at other hotels in Mexico City before but will only stay at this one when I go back. Everything was perfect!
