Cleanliness, hotel staff. location. Staff did not speak English but were very accommodating and helpful. There is no A/C or temperature control but it wasn't too bad. WIndows can open. There is no coffee/tea, microwave or fridge in the room. Water was hot and everything woked. Beds were hard, pillows were soft.

I liked the neighbourhood, hotel is basic with a nice breakfast

The location is great and the staff (Juan and Natalia) were so nice and helpful. There was no air conditioning, but you’re able to open the window for some cooler air which was good.

Good location in interesting area. Escandón neighborhood is best kept secret in CDMX. Lots of hot water. Quiet and private.

It was very comfortable and although not ritzy, it was excellent for the price and had a very good "feel". Although wifi was present, it did not work for my computer even thought someone came to help it register.

The bed was nice and large and comfortable. The bathroom was decently sized, and I liked the shower. Everything seemed very clean. The wifi was mostly dependable and fast enough for all my streaming. The elevator was a bit squeaky. There is a window from the bathroom to bedroom for some reason that lights up the room at night. I would have preferred having a fridge.

Great Location, rooms, clean

I loved the breakfast - and the staff was very accomodating, preparing it for me to go one morning. As well, the shower was very spacious. Everything was clean - and they even let me arrive early and sleep a few hours, before my room was supposed to be available (my flight arrived very early in the morning). I can't think of anything in particular... no complaints.

Todo bien

Very comfortable bed. Surrounding neighborhood was quite and streets were fairly clean. We felt safe in the area.

The room is very clean and the staffs are friendly. I stayed in May, it's one of the hottest months in Mexico city. The room was quite hot and the hotel doesn't provide any fans. The breakfast was very minimal, one day has bread and the next two days have no bread. My third day breakfast has no red beans paste either. Breakfast service is either hit or miss based on the individual staff for that morning. Breakfast needs to improve and have more variety.

Very good

Showers spacious. No reading lamp. Only ceiling light. A bed lamp would be appreciated by Americans.

A good hotel with apparently strong security measures applied. It had everything for a basic stay, a big bed, shower, tv. I did not notice any negative issues (like smell or sounds). They have room service available. Patriotismo metro station is just 7 minutes walking. The neighbourhood felt safe, has many restaurants and taco places.

The room and bathroom was great. The free breakfast was delicious.

Beware that the hotel seems to be less a tourist place, but rather for locals who take advantage of the 6 hour rates ? Hotel is conveniently located 5-10 minutes walking distance from 2 metro stations with in total 3 lines to choose from. Suburb is okayish, some good cafés and restaurants around, although i didn't felt too safe walking from metro to hotel after dark. It's definitely not cayoacan or roma. The area is overall calm and quite. My room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was a bit too ambitious and cleaned the room although there was a do not disturb sign on the door. Shower had nice hot water. Overall one of the cleanest and most spacious places during my trip

Breakfast was OK but it would be better if you are able to choose out of 1 or 3 options. The area is a bit noisy and can interfere with the sleeping
