The room and the bathroom

We went to a concert in Plaza de Toros Mexico and the location is excellent, 5 to 7 minutes walk in a very friendly neighborhood. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The room was located in an annex near to the parking lot. Which was fine but its kind of weird when you are expecting to stay in the main building. The bathroom has a leak from the shower to main bathroom and make a mess with the water. Also no refrigerator was available in the room.

El personal es muy amable y atento. Siempre hay alguien en la puerta y en la recepción The room felt a bit old, but they were working on the room next to us, when we arrived. So I think they're already working on renovations

Close to the bus stop, close to the activities tourist do. Slow WiFi, but I wasn’t ever there so it’s okay

I’ve stayed here several times and have had no issues, but this time housekeeping clearly did not meet expectations. Office staff were wonderful! Housekeeping failed to service my room on one or more occasions. On some days housekeeping failed to give all included items to my room. Like coffee pack, water bottles, and bathroom items such as soap, shampoo etc etc.. There wasn’t any do not disturb signs on both of my rooms and housekeeping pretty much walked in on us… I had to ask for the signs to get them.

Nice, affordable. Worth the price and the location is ideal if you need to be close to the south of Mexico City. The hotel experience may be enriched if some basic maintenance is provided. The hotel gives the impression of being "just a little old" although it does not affecta the services provided.

Location is good It’s old and beds are no the best, besides if your room looks to the street it can be really noisy.
