The location It was very small and deceiving from the pictures. Horrible, with no windows. The no noise schedule was not respected. The elevator smell always like weed. The only mini window we had, it was full of food smell. The restroom was ok, but difficult to access. The TV was very mini. The pictures again, are very deceiving and the jacuzzi or even a window trick you.

Location You don't interact in person with any owner nor host, nor front desk for complains, there's just a guard for the door. The previous guest was still in the apartment, it was very late after the check-out, the guard at the counter was nice and very attentive, he apologized to us and we told him that we were going out to come back later, when they finally delivered our room it was still dirty, the floor was sticky and there were some spilled soda stains on the side table. I don't know if they truly cleaned it after the previous guest left (I asked them to do it via chat and was very specific about the situation in my messages.)

Nothing, There was a lot of humidity inside the room all the time. The room was missing a blind, which meant that there was a lot of light inside all night. I never received the breakfast that was included.
