Great location Very nice hotel Helpful staff Executive floor Nothing

The property is very clean and well maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included but it’s not the best. I always felt safe in the building and it really does have great value for the rate. We were in the third floor and wifi was non existent at times. The tv only had 3 channels. There is very little space to store clothes.

Close to everything My room view was the garage ceiling.
-
Slippery, though beautiful, floor tiles in bathroom. Easy to slip on when wet. Neighborhood not as nice as nearby Condesa.

The rooms are spacious and meet the essential needs. I like that there is a hot/cold water dispenser I can easily fill up my water bottle with. The only thing I didn't like was the working station in the room. The "desk" is too high for the chair they provide. If you are trying to get some work done, you will get uncomfortable fast. I had to sit on a couple of pillows to get to a good height level.

The breakfast was also great.
-
Clean rooms and good location if you are interested in low price food options and close proximity to La Condesa, Rome Norte, and Zona Rosa.
-
No face towels, slippers, and mini-fridge in the room.
-
location was good, room had good space, parking space available. breakfast could be much better.

Nice location, loved the market across the street. We walked everywhere we went with no issues. Will definitely be back in the future. That our room card would stop working by night time. Had to stop several times to fix our room card.

Quiet neighborhood, clean hotel, kind staff. Wifi wasn't reliable, very slow and TV required wifi to work for streaming entertainment.

The front desk staff at Kali are amazing, and this is a really nice hotel. I stayed in an Executive level suite and after walking all day through museums for work the jacuzzi was incredibly relaxing and great for sore feet. The neighbourhood restaurants and market across the street are so good (if you speak Spanish), otherwise head up to La Condesa which is very close. The breakfast buffet was very filling and a great way to start my day. I was very happy with my stay, no complaints.

Solid hotel. Some interesting quirks which put it in the 3-4 star range for me, but overall a fine stay for a few nights at a great rate relative to Condesa, which is just a 10 minute walk north. The good: - I arrived one hour early and after initially being told that check-in was at 3 and waiting for 15 minutes, when I came to ask if I could leave my luggage while I walked around the neighborhood, suddenly I was allowed to check into my room. Nice accommodation of them - The rooms are relatively spacious and the beds/pillows are comfortable and large - Wonderful and very walkable location to great spots. Good value relative to other places and Escandón is a nice little neighborhood The areas of improvement: - the AC didn’t work properly and kept defaulting to the heat setting after 10 seconds from switching it to cool. Luckily it was cool at night, but if you need the AC here, it might not be guaranteed - The fan in the bathroom is super loud - The gym is very tiny - max 2-3 people - and the treadmill is broken. The belt catches every few seconds/randomly shuts off and can be a severe injury hazard for people - Wifi didn’t work in the room all the way at the end of the hallway - They didn’t refill the coffee pods in the rooms for 3 days
