The location is excellent, and the staff truly stands out — they are warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever you need anything. This stay also brought a pleasant surprise: the room assignment was much better laid out than before, making the space feel more comfortable and functional. I’ve now stayed at this hotel twice, and while it carries the Hyatt Regency name, the rooms unfortunately don’t quite live up to the premium standard you’d expect from the brand. Both stays have been marked by small but noticeable maintenance issues — this time, a light that couldn’t be turned off; last visit, a missing bathroom door. These may seem like minor details, but they make a real difference in the overall experience. With a bit more attention to room upkeep and finishing touches, this property could truly deliver the premium stay the brand promises. The potential is there — it just needs follow-through.

The location is excellent in one of the top neighborhoods in Mexico City and has so many options for eat outside the hotel too. Besides its brand new it has some things that need to be updated or replaced.
