Spotless, modern fittings and bathroom, very comfortable, big balconies, lift, parking, good breakfast. Quiet neighbourhood. Not a big problem but easy, straight 15 minute walk or 10 euro taxi downtown. Restaurant closed Sundays.

This is a lovely traditional family-run hotel on a quiet residential street. The owners are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are big and comfortable with large balconies, and the breakfast is delicious - great selection of local products and the best roll I've ever had! The owners were happy to store my bike in the garage as well. Not a complaint, but note that payment is in cash at the end of your stay.

An extraordinary place, close to the center. Cozy, quiet environment. Warm, attentive hosts. with beautiful views of Merano. If I come to Merano again, I will not consider another hotel.

The hotels location and size of the rooms are fine. However, there is no refrigerator and air conditioning in the rooms which was quite disappointing for such kind of an expensive hotel. Despite our two-night stay, the sheets remained unchanged, though the room appeared to be tidied. Regrettably, the staff exhibited a lack of courtesy and friendliness.
