Great location for walking into town. All was good.

Fantastic stay - the staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, as were the evening meal options. Also appreciated the free transfers/ticket arrangements for local activities. Finally had a very good manicure and massage in the spa. Overall highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. I am sorry we did not get a chance to enjoy the pool and sauna. We will definitely be back.

This is the best place we have stayed at for a long long time. The management and staff were really top notch. We stayed on half board and the food and wine was delicious.

Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Able to eat outside. Because of the heat, it was a little far to walk to the downtown area. Would have preferred to get my own coffee etc in the breakfast room. It was a little complicated to wait for the server.

Fortunate to speak both English and German and the staff could accommodate me in either language. I purchased the room with breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was a buffet and the dinner was Master Chef quality. The people at the hotel were very accommodating and they even have bikes that you can just take and ride around town. Plus they got me tickets for Therne Meran with a 10% discount. The next time I visit Meran I will stay at this hotel. The value was extraordinary. The lights in the garage are activated by motion.. I had my motorcycle and I was trying to load baggage and the lights kept on going out because it couldn't detect me moving in the space where I was located. That is a very minor complaint but the only one I can think of.

Really nice and clean hotel. Placed close to the city - walking distance. the view from the rooftop terrasse is amazing. Parking in the basement is nice on a hot Day. The staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing - nothing is missing. Easy place to bring a dog the aircondition is Very poor. During the daytime it was okay. In the Night the room was Very hot and when the aircondition stopped in the middle of the Night, it was burning hot in the room.

All the comforts of a modern hotel including an indoor pool. A stand out on our trip. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
