This hotel exceeded my expectations .. The staff are very helpful, polite and courteous, and the manager even gave us a room upgrade without asking for it .. The hotel is perfect for relaxation, tranquility and comfort. My advice is that you need more days to spend in this place. They have many treatments and doctors, and also a luxurious spa, healthy food, yoga classes and there is a lot that will make you spend most of your time inside the hotel only. I will definitely visit you again .. The receptionist was very nice to me and brought me apples and water for the road. I would like to tell you that you are very nice and that you made my day with that. I don’t know your name but you will definitely know yourself. You deserve the best and so do all the staff No thing

A true luxury spa best utilized by those interested in more than a whirlpool and sauna though those were quite nice. This spa offers all the latest in treatments and exceptional quality food all provided by professional and courteous staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains and the villa gardens. Situated a short 30 min walk to Merano’s city center we enjoyed our walks into the city and the surrounding hillside. If I had to be critical I’d say the pool temp could have been 1 degree (C) warmer, the steam sauna could have been steamier and maybe add a cold room to the spa. Two nights was too short.

Extremely good service - of a standard that is unusual today. Our first room was near the dining area so it was noisy however, they shifted us no problem when we talked to them about it.
