Exceptional Hotel. Large spacious room, very clean. Wonderful friendly and helpful personnel. The pool and surrounding area was great and very well maintained. Great breakfast. The view from our balcony (room 36) was breathtaking. I thoroughly recommend this Hotel. There was nothing negative

Superb

Hotel Tiffany is a great place and our room, which we booked at late notice, was large and had double balconies with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. For the money, Merano is quite expensive, it was extremely good value. Maybe a little dated but we were very well looked after. It is difficult to fault the hotel as overall we had a great stay, dinner was exceptional value, well prepared and a good variety.

The host was very accomodating and organised a really nice room, even though we arrived a bit early. We enjoyed eating the included breakfast in the morning and the nice pool. Unfortunatly the AC wasn't working in our room. Or maybe we just didn't figure out how it worked.

The lady at the reception was very cute and kind. The room was very hot and stuffy. There was no air conditioning anywhere. We were given a fan but it didn't help much. When we got back from the trip, it was no longer possible to park in the hotel's parking lot, and when I inquired about the accommodation, I was told that parking was provided for all guests. I received only German answers to my questions in English.

The hotel is cozy and quiet, the breakfast is outstanding, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming even though we arrived later than expected due to a train delay The rooms are a bit old-fashioned but comfortable and chill, and the hotel is relatively far from the city center so I'd recommend taking a bus or a taxi from the train station

Exceptional

We felt at home right away. Such a warm welcome even though we arrived later than the check-in time. Rooms are comfortable and clean & the breakfast was really nice. We were worried at first because of the rather old school vibe but it was very charming and we really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was very good: pastries, bread, cheese, meats, youghurts, fruits, cereal.. so something for everyone. Pool area outside looked really nice and most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. English wasn't spoken by all, but german and italian. Room was a bit old but clean and we had a balcony. It was a very quiet hotel at a walking distance from center (maybe 15-20min downhill) and a bustop was just around the corner. Bus ticket was included, but remember to ask for it. We got it on the second day. The first receptionist wasn't super welcoming, probably didn't help that we don't speak german. But it was ok.

Superb

What you see in the photos is what you get a lovely clean and friendly Hotel. Booked the day before arrival at a great price which included half board. Food at dinner although choice was limited was excellent breakfast good also. Language barrier made for interesting and amusing interaction as the staff spoke very little English and my German and Italian need plenty of work. Overall a great hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay again..safe parking for our motorcycles. Nothing.

Everything Nothing

We got a room, which was rather a small appartment, i.e. with a separate living room. It was looking on to the parking lot, which was handy, as our car was only few steps away.Nice garden and swimming pool, also a nice terrace for breakfast. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, I had to clean it myself. The room was still furnished in a very old fashioned way. We did not receive the free ticket to use public transport, so in the end we had to travel as irregular (non paying) guests, as it is not possible to buy a ticket from the bus driver.

Very nice spacious room. Varied and tasty breakfast .

Friendliness of the staff! Furthermore the outside swimming pool was very nice and quiet, the walk to the city centre was pleasant and only approximately 20 minutes. We also enjoyed some nice walks along the river and dinner at a restaurant just over the bridge with a riverside terrace. And last but not least, our room had a nice balcony with a lovely view and we could have our breakfast at the hotel terras overlooking the garden and the pool.
