The host and staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The breakfast selections were excellent. Dinner was delicious and a good value.

Dinners are great value for money here. The host was very attentive and helpful. Narrow roads to get to the hotel are not easy to navigate but it's practically the same around Merano wherever you go. Rooms are not air conditioned but we left the window ajar and it was just right.

Overall it was a great stay at the hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. Great place to relax and to explore South Tirol. Excellent standard Just keep it at this high level.

Great Breakfast large room with great views over the valley/town Very quiet peaceful location. The area is beautiful Its a decent walk down into town 20 mins and an uphill walk out. Car parking was first come and tight in front of the hotel. Section outside is ok

Breakfast was good with various choices, specifically there was vegetables. The hotel in general was well equipped, with a nice swimming pool to relax. Poor wifi, it was connected with a small router for every floow. The owner may consider some other facilities... We got 2 rooms, the one at the corner got nearly no wifi signal. . A bit out-dated decoration.

The personal attention!!! Matilde, Heike, Alex and even Bella the dog are looking after you. Also the evening 5 and 6 course dinners are perfect!!! Don’t forget to book half pension. Nice renovated rooms, perfect shower, perfect beds. Waking up only by the sound of the birds!!! For those who don’t like walking: it’s a 20-25 walk to the beautiful center of Merano

Very nice , helpful staff and very flexible if you have a special request. The environment is friendly and a lot of the costumers knew the owners who mange the property which tells they keep coming back cuz they were satisfied. Only few minutes from the center but still quiet . I am definitely coming back
