Noise from the street, drunk people from hotel next door making noise.

the room was fairly clean No colgate, and the blinds, someone outside could see me, the blinds are smaller for the window

The location was pehnominal and the rooms had comfy beds and chairs. Nice big TV was also nice. Nearby food and coffee was also on point. Will be staying here again. The bathroom. While it was clean it looks like it was ripped right out of a European hostel horror movie. I know they are slowly working through the bathrooms.... but damn

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I have to say that this hotel might be one of my best choices during our trip. The location was perfect, very near by any public transportation. The staffs were great, especially Alice, she was amazing when handling our check-in process. Thanks, definitely will go back to this hotel.

VERY noisy internal aircon plant which could not be shut off unless you removed the key. Thus no air circulation while sleeping.

The room was updated and gives more value to your stay! Ting at the front desk was very helpful, especially with early check-ins. She made it easy and quick. I will keep coming back!

The property’s location is great; everything is within walking distance. The hotel was very old and in need of maintenance. I got the room without a fan or air conditioning. When I tried to call the reception desk, they didn’t answer. I had to run down to the reception every time. The room was extremely hot and lacked ventilation, so I requested a change multiple times. They finally accommodated me in another room after four hours, as they couldn’t find a spare fan in the hotel. Construction is on going can’t stop the car nearby so you have to park somewhere else, it’s a problem with loading and unloading your luggage as well and staff is not helpful so don’t expect any help from them.

Bathroom was gross. Room was very basic. Terrible vibe. I woke up early to get out of there as fast as possible.

it is close to Southern Cross Train station and accessible to restaurants. Maybe the old school elevator? But other than that, everything was pretty good.

Nothing to dislike about my stay or the hotel.

Excellent location. Have stayed before. Room comfortable and clean. Reception staff standoffish. Not unfriendly but not exactly friendly either. Perhaps overworked (understaffed). Public areas are tired - need a coat of paint etc to freshen.

It is not as my expectation. The price is so high and unfamiliar with 4 star hotel.
